Every lot on Bottles comes from a real seller and, when the category calls for it, is vetted by an independent expert before bidding opens. What you see is what has actually been checked.
We built Bottles to make the secondary market fair and unremarkable: you pay once, and the seller is paid once the bottle is in your hands. In between, your money rests in escrow. On the rare occasion something goes sideways, our team steps in and mediates.
The team is small and based in Porto. Engineering, expert curation, and customer support all sit in-house, so the people who build Bottles are the same ones who answer when you write in.
