Glendfiddich · Scotland · 750 ml
An expert physically inspected this bottle before approving the listing.
A prestigious 23-year-old single malt from Glenfiddich and one of the standout expressions of the distillery’s celebrated Grand Series. Grand Cru spends 23 years maturing in selected American and European oak casks, developing Glenfiddich’s characteristic elegance and depth, before receiving an additional finish in rare French Cuvée casks. Glenfiddich describes the finishing period as six months, bringing an unusual French influence to this mature Speyside whisky. The result combines aromas of apple blossom, freshly baked bread and candied lemon with a rich palate of vanilla, oak, sweet brioche, pear and white grape, leading into a long, elegant and gently sweet finish. Presented in its distinctive dark glass bottle with gold detailing and accompanied by the original black-and-gold Grand Cru presentation case, this is an impressive luxury Glenfiddich for both collectors and enthusiasts of mature Speyside single malts.

André Bicho
Raised in Portugal and educated in the United States, André has spent two decades moving between cultures, languages and cellars. His passion for fine wine and spirits began with the great Ports and table wines of his home country and grew into a wider fascination with the craft, history and provenance behind every great bottle. When he isn’t tasting or sourcing, he can be found driving the back roads of Europe in search of small producers and the stories behind their labels.
