Ungava Canadian Premium Gin – Arctic Botanicals – 1L – 43.1%

A distinctive Canadian gin inspired by the remote wilderness of northern Québec, Ungava is immediately recognizable by its brilliant natural golden colour and unusual collection of Arctic botanicals. The gin is produced using six botanicals associated with northern Québec: Nordic juniper, cloudberry, crowberry, Labrador tea, wild rose hips and an Arctic botanical blend. The botanicals are dried and slowly steeped for approximately five weeks, extracting both their aromas and Ungava’s characteristic colour. The result is markedly different from a conventional London Dry: citrus-driven juniper on the nose followed by wild berries, floral and herbal notes, gentle acidity and spice, with Labrador tea contributing additional texture and length. Ungava is now part of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio and has received multiple gold medals at the World Spirits Award.
