Empress 1908 Cocktail Gin is a premium contemporary Canadian gin produced by Victoria Distillers in Sidney, British Columbia. Created specifically with cocktails in mind, it is micro-distilled in small-batch copper-pot stills and combines carefully selected botanicals with pure Canadian water. The resulting profile is juniper-led, with fresh citrus, floral nuances and subtle spice, designed to provide both structure and aromatic complexity in classic and contemporary cocktails. The Empress 1908 range takes its inspiration from Victoria’s historic Fairmont Empress Hotel and its celebrated afternoon-tea tradition.
