Crosta Calcária dos Profetas 2024 – Vinhos dos Profetas e Villões An extraordinarily rare white wine from Porto Santo, Madeira, created by winemakers António Maçanita and Nuno Faria. Produced from old vines aged approximately 40–80 years, rooted in Porto Santo’s remarkable limestone-rich soils. A blend of 83% Listrão and 17% Caracol, produced in an exceptionally limited release of only 912 individually numbered 75cl bottles. The 2024 vintage achieved the ultimate critical recognition: 100/100 points from Tim Atkin MW in his 2026 Portugal Special Report. A profound Atlantic wine combining remarkable minerality, salinity, freshness and complexity — and one of the rarest and most highly rated wines produced on the island of Porto Santo.
