Adamus Organic Dry Gin Signature Edition 2021 is a special numbered release from Portugal’s acclaimed Adamus, created as a reinterpretation of the house’s distinctive organic gin. For the 2021 Signature Edition, Adamus introduced elderflower to its botanical composition, bringing an additional floral freshness to the gin. The botanicals are individually steam-distilled using traditional copper stills before being brought together in the final blend. The result is described by the producer as juniper-led, with floral, citrus and spicy characteristics. The edition bears the signature of Master Distiller Rui Cruz and is presented in one of Adamus’s most striking bottles, with botanical artwork inspired by the pages of a historic herbarium. The elaborate presentation continues into the original sustainable display box.
