An older bottling of Messias Porto 10 Anos, a traditional 10-Year-Old Tawny Port produced by Sociedade Agrícola e Comercial dos Vinhos Messias. The wine was matured in cask before bottling, developing the characteristic profile of an aged Tawny Port, with dried fruit, nuts, spice, caramelised notes and mature oxidative complexity. Of particular interest to collectors, the original rear label clearly states “Engarrafado em 1994” (bottled in 1994). The bottle therefore represents an approximately 32-year-old bottling, while “10 Anos” refers to the wine’s age indication at the time of bottling rather than the age of the bottle itself. Presented in the older dark-glass Messias bottle with gold stencilled lettering. The original Instituto do Vinho do Porto guarantee seal remains present at the neck.
