NIB Pera is an artisanal Brazilian gin created in small batches and distinguished by the use of pear alongside a complex selection of botanicals. The bottle identifies botanicals including Sicilian lemon, juniper, tonka bean (cumaru), cucumber, cardamom, allspice, coriander, angelica and orange, creating an aromatic profile where fresh fruit and citrus meet classic juniper, spice and herbal notes. This Pera expression was produced for Casa Santa Luzia, the renowned São Paulo gourmet food and beverage institution established in 1926. Presented in a distinctive matte-black bottle with vintage-inspired detailing, it is an unusual Brazilian gin that is rarely encountered in the European market.
