A special Family Edition Grande Reserva from Quinta de Lubazim, produced in the Douro from traditional varieties including Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousão and old-vine grapes. The estate’s Grande Reserva wines are matured for approximately 14 months in 300-litre French oak barrels, using a combination of new and previously used barrels. The style is concentrated and structured, showing wild berries, floral and balsamic nuances, integrated oak and fine tannins, with a persistent and harmonious finish. Quinta de Lubazim’s Grande Reserva has also received recognition in international competitions; the estate records Silver Medals at both the International Wine Challenge and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles for an earlier Grande Reserva vintage.
