One of Germany’s best-known premium craft gins, Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin is produced in the Black Forest and takes its name from its unusually complex recipe of 47 botanicals and its 47% alcohol strength. The recipe combines traditional gin botanicals with ingredients associated with the Black Forest and more exotic botanicals, producing an intensely aromatic style with juniper, citrus, herbs, florals, spice and subtle fruit notes.
