Gin do Vale – Destilaria Dois Belos – Limited Series 1 of 200 – 44% – 50cl

A small-production Portuguese craft gin from Destilaria Dois Belos, produced in Vale do Peso in the municipality of Crato, Alentejo. Gin do Vale was launched in 2021 and was the first gin produced entirely in the municipality of Crato. It is traditionally distilled in a copper still and bottled by hand. Its botanical composition includes juniper, coriander, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom, lavender, lemongrass, iris, rose petals, lime and heather, creating a fresh, aromatic profile combining floral, citrus and spicy notes. The gin won a Gold Medal at the 2022 “Provámos e Gostámos!” competition. This presentation is particularly interesting because it belongs to a numbered limited series of only 200 bottles.
