One of China’s most prestigious and internationally recognised spirits, Kweichow Moutai Feitian — commonly known as Flying Fairy Moutai — is the flagship expression of the legendary Kweichow Moutai distillery in Guizhou Province. Produced from sorghum and wheat using Moutai’s traditional fermentation and distillation methods, this iconic baijiu is bottled at a powerful 53% ABV. Its celebrated sauce-aroma style is known for remarkable aromatic intensity and complexity, combining savoury fermented-grain character with nutty, smoky and subtly sweet notes and a remarkably persistent finish. CNS describes the Moutai profile as mellow, smooth and powerful, with its characteristic sauce, nutty and smoky aromas. This example is the less-common 375 ml format and appears to carry a 15 August 2023 date code. Presented with its original gold presentation carton and retaining its red neck seal and ribbon.
