Sharish Gin Distiller’s Cut – Receita do Patrão – Alentejo – 500ml

Created seven years after the birth of the original Sharish Gin, Distiller’s Cut represents Master Distiller António Cuco’s reinterpretation of his original recipe—imagining how he would create Sharish from scratch in 2021 using the knowledge of botanicals and distillation accumulated since 2014. The original botanical foundation was largely preserved, while traditional orange and lemon were replaced by tangerine, bergamot and kaffir lime. António Cuco then introduced several of his preferred botanicals, including lemon balm, cardamom and orange blossom, producing a noticeably drier, more complex and classically structured gin. Slowly distilled in the Alentejo, Distiller’s Cut combines pronounced juniper with vibrant citrus, delicate floral notes, fruit and subtle spice. Sharish itself positions the expression as its “top of the range.”
