Single-parcel Touriga Nacional from the Douro's Cima Corgo, produced in a limited run of 5,000 numbered bottles. Parcel 29 was part of the pioneering monovarietal planting study carried out at Quinta Nova with the Portuguese Ministry of Agriculture between 1979 and 1981, sited on schist at 170–205 m, blended here with fruit from the century-old co-planted Parcel 21 (3,47 ha, Donzelinho Tinto in the field blend). The house describes an elegant, finely drawn profile set against an intense structure of juicy, precise tannins, with a schistous texture and deep purple colour. The estate has been Amorim family property since 1999.
