Champagne Jean Hû A-18 Arcanothèque 2018 is a vintage Champagne presented as part of the house’s more distinctive and cellar-focused range. The “A-18” designation identifies the 2018 vintage, while Arcanothèque reflects a cuvée conceived around maturation and the expression of a particular harvest. The 2018 Champagne vintage produced generous, ripe fruit while retaining the freshness and acidity essential for quality sparkling wine. With bottle ageing, a Champagne of this style can develop greater complexity, moving from fresh citrus and orchard-fruit notes toward brioche, toasted bread, dried fruit, nuts and subtle pastry characteristics, while maintaining fine effervescence and freshness. The striking dark bottle and understated black presentation distinguish A-18 from Jean Hû’s more classical cuvées and give it a decidedly premium appearance.
