La Princière Golden Gin is a luxury Belgian gin distinguished by the addition of genuine 23-carat edible gold flakes, creating a striking visual presentation as the gold moves through the clear spirit. Produced in Belgium by Distillerie du Fays, La Princière combines traditional gin botanicals with a more floral and fruit-driven profile. The botanical composition stated on the bottle includes juniper berries, angelica, coriander, lemon, lemon balm, hyssop and peach, together with edible 23-carat gold. A particularly distinctive ingredient is hyssop, which contributes floral and herbal characteristics, while fresh peach introduces a softer fruit character. The producer describes the palate as smooth and velvety, balancing the floral qualities of hyssop with peach. The final addition of 23-carat gold flakes transforms the gin into a visually impressive luxury presentation, particularly when the bottle is gently moved and the gold disperses throughout the spirit. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl format, La Princière Golden Gin combines Belgian craft production, unusual botanicals and genuine edible gold in a distinctive premium gin.
