Grande Druida 2022 is a premium single-parcel Dão white from winemaker Nuno Mira do Ó, produced exclusively from Encruzado, one of Portugal’s most highly regarded indigenous white varieties. The grapes come from a specific parcel at approximately 500 metres altitude, planted on granitic soils with clay. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak and spends around 10 months in barrel, followed by extended bottle ageing before release. The style emphasizes precision rather than weight: citrus, flint and dried herbal nuances combine with a creamy texture, vibrant acidity, grapefruit peel, subtle spice and a mineral, persistent finish. The 2022 received an excellent 18.5/20 from Grandes Escolhas and was included among its Melhores do Ano 2025, with a “Beber ou Guardar” recommendation. The individual neck labels are numbered GRF Nº1176 and GRF Nº1194
