GINFISH 68|70 – 3 Bottles – Ultra-Premium Italian Gin – Nizza Monferrato, Piedmont

A distinctive three-bottle collection of GINFISH 68|70, an artisanal Italian gin produced in Nizza Monferrato in Piedmont, surrounded by the celebrated hills and vineyards of Monferrato. GINFISH draws its identity from the extraordinary geological history of the region. Millions of years ago, this part of Piedmont lay beneath an ancient sea. The discovery near the distillery of the fossilised remains of a whale – known locally as Tersilla – inspired the striking whale artwork that defines the bottle. Produced with locally sourced botanicals from the surrounding territory, GINFISH combines juniper, lemon, chamomile, rosemary, sage, thyme, clove and grapes/raisins from the local vineyards. The botanicals are individually distilled to preserve their aromatic character before being blended into the finished gin. The result is fresh and aromatic, with classic juniper at its core accompanied by citrus, Mediterranean herbs and subtle rounded fruit notes, leading to a dry and persistent finish. The distinctive label was created by Milan-born artist Otto D’Ambra and depicts the whale Tersilla together with historic elements of Nizza Monferrato, including its Civic Tower. (Gin Embassy⁠)
