Véritable icône de Sauternes, Château d’Yquem, Premier Cru Classé Supérieur, signe avec le millésime 2007 un vin d’une remarquable richesse et d’une grande fraîcheur. La robe évolue vers un or profond. Le nez dévoile une grande complexité autour de l’abricot confit, des fruits exotiques, du miel, des agrumes et des épices. En bouche, la matière est ample et onctueuse, soutenue par une belle acidité qui apporte équilibre et longueur. La finale est particulièrement persistante, avec des notes de fruits confits, de miel et d’agrumes. Un millésime recherché, qui peut encore évoluer pendant de nombreuses années en cave.
