Roby Marton Original Gin 2017 – Italian Handcrafted Cold Compound Gin – 47% – 700ml

A distinctive older bottling of Roby Marton Original Gin, created by Italian gin producer Roberto “Roby” Marton and produced in Veneto. Unlike a conventional London Dry, Roby Marton is made using a combination of distillation and cold compounding. A portion of the final spirit is infused with botanicals, producing the naturally golden, slightly cloudy appearance that has become one of the signatures of the gin. It is bottled unfiltered. Its unusually broad botanical recipe incorporates juniper, citrus peel, cinnamon, liquorice root, anise, pink pepper, horseradish, ginger and cloves, among other botanicals. The resulting profile is rich and highly aromatic, with prominent juniper, liquorice and ginger complemented by citrus, spice and red-fruit notes.
