Created specifically with cocktails in mind, it is micro-distilled in small-batch copper-pot stills and combines carefully selected botanicals with pure Canadian water. The resulting profile is juniper-led, with fresh citrus, floral nuances and subtle spice, designed to provide both structure and aromatic complexity in classic and contemporary cocktails.
