Martin Miller’s Westbourne Strength is the more powerful and intensely flavoured expression of the renowned Martin Miller’s Gin. Created in response to bartenders looking for a gin with greater intensity and an “old school” character for classic cocktails, Westbourne is bottled at 45.2% ABV. Its higher strength brings forward the juniper and spice profile while maintaining the smooth character for which Martin Miller’s is known. The aromatic profile combines juniper, citrus, cassia, coriander and warming spice, followed by a long, dry finish. The official producer describes Westbourne as having complex pepper and cassia aromas and notes that it developed something of a cult following among bartenders.
