A four-bottle lot of Nordés, the distinctive premium gin from Galicia in north-western Spain. Unlike a conventional grain-based London Dry, Nordés uses a spirit derived from Albariño grapes and is aromatised with 11 botanicals, including several characteristic Galician ingredients: lemon verbena, bay leaf, peppermint, eucalyptus and salicornia, alongside juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus and Ceylon black tea. The result is particularly aromatic and fresh, with white-fruit, herbal and balsamic notes. The distinctive white bottle takes inspiration from traditional Galician ceramics, reinforcing the gin’s Atlantic identity.
