An experimental Nordic spirit bringing together two of Scandinavia’s great distilling traditions: gin and akvavit. Nordic Spirits Lab combines classic gin botanicals—juniper, coriander, angelica and citrus—with the unmistakably Scandinavian character of caraway and dill, alongside fennel, orange blossom and meadowsweet. The result is a dry, aromatic gin with citrus freshness, herbal complexity and the distinctive savoury spice traditionally associated with akvavit.
