Created as a tribute to the city of Porto, Our Gin draws its identity from the Douro, the Dom Luís I Bridge and the traditional rabelo boats depicted on the bottle. It is produced from a wine-based spirit and incorporates juniper, cardamom and a selection of botanicals. The producer describes a profile dominated by floral aromas, citrus notes and a subtle sweetness. This particular bottling states that it has been aged in Portuguese barrels, adding another dimension to the traditional gin profile. Produced by Destilaria Levira and distributed by Caistur in Porto, as shown on the bottle.
