Presented in the original “Over 25 Years Old” pinewood crate secured with the distinctive leather straps — the packaging that defined luxury whisky presentation and marked the “OG” era of single malt collecting. Matured exclusively in sherry casks at the Easter Elchies estate in Speyside, this is Macallan’s classic sherried style: rich dried fruit, orange, nutmeg and oak. The Anniversary Malts are prized for carrying both a vintage and an age statement — an increasingly scarce combination — and remain among the most collected expressions the distillery has produced. This example presents with an excellent into-the-neck fill level, intact gold capsule and clean labels, complete with its original crate and both straps.
