Adamus Organic Dry Gin is a super-premium Portuguese gin produced in the Bairrada region and presented here in its elegant Limited Edition Gift Box, complete with two original Adamus glasses and two Portuguese cork coasters. Adamus was developed following extensive experimentation with 86 different botanicals, from which 18 were ultimately selected. One of its defining ingredients is Baga grape, the emblematic red grape variety of Bairrada. Adamus states that this was the world’s first gin to incorporate Baga grape as one of its botanicals. The aromatic profile combines floral, citrus and red-fruit characteristics, while the palate develops notes of fresh juniper, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, resulting in a complex, structured and persistent Portuguese dry gin.
