Knifemaker is an artisanal French gin created by Maison Victors in Occitanie. Distilled slowly in small 300-litre batches using a dedicated copper still, it rests for several months before bottling to develop additional roundness and integration. Fresh and intensely aromatic, it combines juniper with citrus and heather flowers, followed by delicate spice, blackcurrant and liquorice notes. The palate is complex yet supple, leading to a warm finish with touches of liquorice and honey. Presented in Maison Victors’ distinctive opaque bottle, designed to protect the spirit from light.
