Created as a tribute to the city of Porto, Our Gin draws its identity from the Douro, the Dom Luís I Bridge and the traditional rabelo boats depicted on the bottle. It is produced from a wine-based spirit and incorporates juniper, cardamom and a selection of botanicals. The producer describes a profile dominated by floral aromas, citrus notes and a subtle sweetness. This particular bottling states that it has been aged in Portuguese barrels, adding another dimension to the traditional gin profile.
